Prof. Lihua Xie

Lihua Xie is President's Chair Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also affiliated with the university's robotics and control research activities.

His work spans adaptive control, estimation, signal processing, networked systems, machine learning, and autonomous and unmanned systems. He is a Fellow of IEEE, the Academy of Engineering Singapore, and the Singapore National Academy of Science.

He has held multiple major editorial and leadership roles across control and systems journals and conferences, making him a strong fit for a plenary focused on future embodied AI and deployable intelligent systems.
